3 day Surf into Yoga - Nature Retreats

Weekend Schedule:
Friday 2-3pm: Arrival and set up camp 4:30 - 5:30pm: Restorative Gentle Yoga practice 6:30pm: Welcome circle & Round Table Dinner 7:30pm: Yoga Nidra Meditation (Opt) Saturday 7:30 - 8:30am: Morning Bliss Yoga Practice at Camp or Beach (Weather permitting) 8:30am: Breakfast and Juices 10 - 12pm: Water activity/Art class or free time to walk, surf, ride or wander or just laze under the trees around the camp site 12:30pm: Cooking class (opt.) + Round table Lunch 1:30 - 4pm: Head & Shoulder massage with our Masseuse or Free time to walk, surf, ride or wander or just laze under the trees around the camp site 4:30 - 5:30pm: Yoga Practice at Camp or Beach (Weather permitting) 6:30pm: Cooking class (opt.) + Round table Dinner 7:30pm: Yoga Nidra Meditation + Pranayama (breathing techniques) Sunday 7:30 - 8:30am: Morning Bliss Yoga Practice at Camp or Beach (Weather permitting) 8:30am: Cooking class (opt.) + Breakfast and Juices 10 - 12pm: Water activity/Art class or free time to walk, surf, ride or wander or just laze under the trees around the camp site 12:30pm: Round table Lunch 1:30 - 3pm Head & Shoulder massage with our Masseuse or Free time to walk, surf, ride or wander or just laze under the trees around the camp site 3pm: Pack up camp 3:30pm: Closing circle 4pm: Departure Accommodation:
Camp style Accommodation sites next to each other 2-4 per site Bring your own camp gear, sleeping bag, bedding and pillow Bring your own Bicycle if you like |
Food:
Please notify us Asap, if you have any special dietary requirements. Otherwise all food provided for over the retreat is Organic Vegetarian Alkaline Whole foods based and prepared by Team Cook Drink: Bring your own water bottle, we will supply fresh water for drinking plus juices/tea/coffee you are welcome to bring wine. Art classes: NOT RUNNING ON all retreats. We will be running two 2-hour ‘Seeing, drawing & painting in landscape’ classes over the weekend. All equipment supplied by The Living Practice SUP boarding - (Stand Up Paddling): NOT RUNNING ON all retreats. 1.5 hour SUP Lesson and play on the riverside. Please feel free to bring your own surfboards/boogie boards. Surfing(Opt.): NOT RUNNING ON all retreats. 2 hour Surf lesson and play with all equipment supplied Cooking classes (Opt.): NOT RUNNING ON all retreats. Will be offered on Saturday around our mealtimes and will include fresh local organic alkaline vegan faire What to bring:
Getting there: As there will be a few of us driving, we will endeavour to buddy people up with others for a lift or you may drive, bus, train to the location. Same goes for the return trip. Please note there will only be camp parking for cars, so DO NOT bring valuables please. Cancellations: The Deposit is non-refundable, so please be very sure before booking.
