DAILY YOGA PRACTICETips for a disciplined daily yoga practice
5 am is a good time! It seems to work for most people. Between 5am and 7am the time is yours to meditate, to do yoga, to inquire into your beliefs, to set yourself up for the day so you can be clear and present to life as it unfolds.
Om Shanti shanti shanti "Yoga, an ancient but perfect science, deals with the evolution of humanity. This evolution includes all aspects of one's being, from bodily health to self realization. Yoga means union - the union of body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day to day life and endows skill in the performance of one's actions." B.K.S. Iyengar |

Therefore it is for everyone, universal and nondenominational.
In the ancient tradition that is yoga, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is a householder path; that is, it has always been practiced by those with families and jobs as opposed to a renunciate’s path of celibacy and removal from society, which was the usual path of a yogi.
Purna Yoga - represents a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama breath control and the yogic personal and social code of ethics, the Yamas and Niyamas from the 8 limbs of Yoga. The postural instruction is alignment focused. Sequences range from gentle restorative to dynamic vinyasa. Blocks, belts and bolsters are available to be used to support and modify postures safely
