Things to Know Before Attending Classes:
Terms and Conditions:
If a cancellation is made before the start of the term a transfer will be given to the next term. For a cancellation after the term starts the total amount is non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances an application (in writing) for a refund will be considered at the discretion of the Manager. A $30 administration fee applies to all refunds. Send to: [email protected]
- Arrive 10 minutes before class to get comfortable
- Meet your Yoga Teacher, and fill in a Termly registration form (Once only) Your instructors name is Rhonda.
- Yoga classes include exercises (asanas), breathing practices (Pranayama), meditation and relaxation
- At the beginning of each class, Inform the Yoga Teacher of any injuries they need to know about
- You are your best Teacher, so please practice to your own abilities, stop if you need to, rest if you need too. Classes are guided and precautions will be given to help you take care in your practice but ultimately it is up to you to take care of yourself.
- Clothing: wear loose, comfortable clothing that will allow easy movement of your body. No shoes or socks required
- It is recommended that you do not eat a meal 2 hours before the class.
- Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours (All Yoga props are available - Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets for use)
- Bring a bottle of water if you like
